ISACA’s bylaws establish our management structure and procedures. They serve as an operating manual for ISACA and are approved by our board. In line with the bylaws, ISACA holds a general meeting of the members at least once a year.

Our Articles of Incorporation were last updated in 2012. These legal documents contain information such as name, state of filing, purpose and tax status.
